When on the KETO diet, you can substitute potatoes with Turnips as they have less carbs than potatoes.

Serves 4
- 1 large turnip (peeled and diced )
- 1/2 onion or 1 small (chopped)
- 5 slices bacon (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder or 1 tsp. Fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 2 Tbsp.olive or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Toss and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 30 minutes.
