Texipes style

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsps. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsps. Panko crumbs
- 1 strip of bacon for each piece of chicken
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 slice of cheese for each chicken breast
- 1 tsp your fav BBQ sauce for each chicken piece
- 1 tsp season salt

Directions
- Fry bacon and don’t discard the drippings.
- Mix flour, root powder, season salt.
- Bread the chicken and fry in bacon grease. (add a little avocado oil if needed).
- Place fried chicken on baking sheet and spread BBQ sauce, place a slice of bacon on each chicken piece and a slice of cheese.
- Put in oven to melt cheese.
- Sprinkle tomatoes and onions on top.
