Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup green cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecan chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup craisins

Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsps. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 Tbsps. Texas honey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic

Directions

  • Put each vegetable individually in the food processor or chop and then mix all in a large bowl and put it in the frig.
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients
  • In a mason jar and refrigerate for an hour or more before serving.
  • Pour the dressing on the salad and mix right before serving.
