
Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup green cabbage chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecan chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup craisins
Dressing
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsps. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 Tbsps. Texas honey
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
Directions
- Put each vegetable individually in the food processor or chop and then mix all in a large bowl and put it in the frig.
- Mix all the dressing ingredients
- In a mason jar and refrigerate for an hour or more before serving.
- Pour the dressing on the salad and mix right before serving.
