Ingredients

  • 1 large English Cucumber
  • 1/2 c Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced super fine)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh dill
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Slice cucumber in half lenthwise. If you don’t use the English cucumber then scoop any seeds out.
  • Add cucumber to food processor until well chopped.
  • Stir in salt.
  • Pour mixture into strainer. Place strainer in bowl and let sit for about 30 minutes.
  • Use spoon to squeeze any remaining liquid.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
