
Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Ham (sliced thin)
- Spinach (fresh or thawed and drained)
- Havarti cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Garlic powder (dash)
- Onion powder (dash)
- Smoked Paprika (dash)
- Basil (dash)
- Poultry seasoning (dash)
- Tajin (dash)
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 3 tsp Corn Starch or 1 tsp of Xanthan Gum
- Season salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Split chicken breasts, but do not separate.
- Place in greased 9”x13” baking pan.
- Sprinkle a little season salt on inside pieces.
- Place ham, cheese, and spinach on one half.
- Fold over the other half.
- Lightly dust the top with season salt, garlic and onion powder, and paprika.
- Add about a 1/4 cup of chicken broth around the edge.
- Bake at 350° for about 40-45 mins.
Sauce
- While chicken is baking.
- In a small sauce pan, add 1 cup of chicken broth. Add a dash of Garlic powder, Onion powder, Smoked Paprika, Basil, Poultry seasoning, and Tajin.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add mustard and honey.
- Add thickening agent, either cornstarch or Xanthan Gum for Keto.
Plate the chicken and add sauce on top.
