This is a great tasting rub that we use on briskets, ribs, steaks, turkey, chicken, pork, and fish.

- 2 tablespoons ground coffee
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried garlic granules
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried & powdered orange peel
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir together. Place in a mason jar.
Dried & powdered orange peel
To make the dried orange peel. Preheat oven to 350°. Peel one large orange, or two medium oranges. Cut up and place on a cookie sheet. Eat the orange. The smaller the pieces, the quicker it dries out. Place in oven until peel is dry. Place in food processor until it’s a powder.
