
Ingredients
- Seafood mix (Shrimp, mussels, octopus, calamari)
- 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/4 cup White wine
- Butter (1 stick)
- Cream (dash)
- 1/2 tsp. Corn starch (with water)
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Celery stalk
- 2 Green onion
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Angel hair pasta
Directions
- Heat water for pasta. Heat skillet.
- Add olive oil, butter, garlic, onion, celery and heat until soft boil.
- Add seafood and cook
- Drop pasta in boiling water
- Add a dash of heavy cream and stir.
- Stir in a little of the corn starch and water mixture until desired thickness. Do not add much as it will be too thick.
- Place drained past on plate and top with seafood sauce.
