Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Minute rice (two soup cans full)
- 2 cans of mushroom soup
- 1 bag of frozen spinach
- 16oz Sour Cream
- 2 lbs sharp cheddar block (1/8” thick sliced length wise)
- Mushrooms, small package sliced
- Salt, garlic & onion powder
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to 350°
- Cook ground beef, add seasonings to taste.
- Reduce heat. Stir in frozen spinach and sliced mushrooms and cover.
- Grease 9×13 baking pan
- In large mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and rice (2 soup cans full) and mix well.
- Stir in meat mixture. Mix well.
- Spoon out half of the mixture into the baking pan and level.
- Cover layer with cheese slices. (Should be 14)
- Spoon out remainder and cover with remaining cheese slices (14 slices).
- Place pan in oven for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
- Serve.
