When on the KETO diet, you can substitute potatoes with Turnips as they have less carbs than potatoes.

Serves 4

  • 1 large turnip (peeled and diced )
  • 1/2 onion or 1 small (chopped)
  • 5 slices bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder or 1 tsp. Fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp.olive or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Toss and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 30 minutes.
