This is a very lite pasta dish. The three types of olives absolutely make this dish, which can also be made without meat.

Ingredients
- 1lb ground pork
- 10 Black Olives (sliced)
- 10 Kalamata Olives (sliced)
- 10 Castelvetrano (sliced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- 3 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown ground pork.
- Add can of tomatoes with juice
- Add sliced olives
- Stir in seasonings
- Add Penne pasta and stir
- Add enough water to lightly cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover
- Simmer until pasta is done.
