Ingredients

  • Seafood mix (Shrimp, mussels, octopus, calamari)
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup White wine
  • Butter (1 stick)
  • Cream (dash)
  • 1/2 tsp. Corn starch (with water)
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 2 Green onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Angel hair pasta

Directions

  • Heat water for pasta. Heat skillet.
  • Add olive oil, butter, garlic, onion, celery and heat until soft boil.
  • Add seafood and cook
  • Drop pasta in boiling water
  • Add a dash of heavy cream and stir.
  • Stir in a little of the corn starch and water mixture until desired thickness. Do not add much as it will be too thick.
  • Place drained past on plate and top with seafood sauce.
