
Ingredients
- 1 large English Cucumber
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced super fine)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh dill
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Slice cucumber in half lenthwise. If you don’t use the English cucumber then scoop any seeds out.
- Add cucumber to food processor until well chopped.
- Stir in salt.
- Pour mixture into strainer. Place strainer in bowl and let sit for about 30 minutes.
- Use spoon to squeeze any remaining liquid.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
